For national deliveries the following delivery time applies:

• In stock Items - 5-12 Days
• Made to order Items - 20-30 Days
• Back order items - As per product page at time of order (subject to change from time to time)

Things to keep in mind:

• We try to get your products to you as soon as possible. This means we might dispatch from more than one location if you have ordered multiple items. You will receive tracking info for each shipment.
• On delivery, you will be required to sign a delivery note or supply OTP received via SMS to confirm receipt of your order.
• We need to be notified of any courier damages within 24 hours of receipt. You can email support@amninteriors.com if for some reason a product you ordered is not available, we will contact you with suggestions of similar items or offer you a full refund..

Though we want you to absolutely love your products and be really happy with your purchase, sometimes the products just don't work in your space. Changed your mind or product just not working in your space?

Our policy lasts 7 working days. Should you wish to exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased product within 7 working days, we will happily credit you for the cost of the product (excluding cost of shipping both ways). NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ACCEPTED ON MADE TO ORDER, CUSTOM MADE ITEMS, BULK ORDER ITEMS, BULBS OR ITEMS THAT WERE INSTALLED. We do not accept ANY returns or exchanges after 7 days and the matter will be considered as closed.

Once goods are returned to warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product value excluding shipping charges to and from you.

Only use CLEAR TAPE when closing the boxes. No masking, brown or courier adhesive tape will be allowed.
