Step-by-step design process

Step1: Meet and Greet (Consultation)

The vision and conceptual phase begins with a personalized one-on-one consultation where the client's needs and expectations are identified. This meeting is crucial in the development of the design ambiance. Develop the Client’s needs and expectations of the Project, including a target budget and timeline. Research and develop a design concept. Collect finish samples and inspiration images for presentation for the Client’s approval

Step 2: Design Documentation

Drawing set – Finish & Furniture Plans, Interior Elevations. Design Boards for Finishes, Fixtures & Furniture Selections. Specification Schedules for Finishes, Fixtures & Furnishings. Shop Drawings for Detailed Custom Designs

Step 3: Present and Refine

A second meeting is scheduled to present our conceptual research. This allows the client to refine the work presented and add additional designs and items where needed.

Step 4: Purchasing and Procurement

Prepare and present final Proposals with an itemized list and description of items for purchase. Start orders with Vendors.

Step 5:Design Administration. Installation and Completion

Job site visits to determine whether the installation is consistent with the approved designs. Check on vendors to ensure timely performance and quality control. Supervise installation and final placement of items and furnishings. Hand over the key.
